Wording required under Description of Operations
Vallarta Supermarkets, its affiliates and subsidiaries are Additional Insured to the extent provided by the policy language or endorsement issued or approved by the insurance carrier. Coverage provided is primary and non-contributory.
Also required: 30 days' written notice of cancellation, and coverage current through your last booked date.

Required every time food is handled — even with a COI on file.
6 · Billing information
Where the invoice goes. It may be a different person than above.
Payment terms
Your invoice is emailed to the billing contact above as soon as your booking is confirmed — not after the demos run. Payment is due 14 days from the date of the invoice, unless other terms have been agreed with The Marconi Shop.

7 · Cancellations & changes
Please read before submitting.
Cancellations must be sent to The Marconi Shop — they can't be made in this page.
You supply your own demo staff; we confirm your dates with the stores. So if something changes, tell us — the store has to be advised. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Email Marco@themarconishop.com or call the office as soon as you know. Demos cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are still billable.
